Harness straps are spot-cleaned by hand only—they’re never submerged in water. Machine washing can weaken the straps and make them unsafe.

We stick to manufacturer-approved methods—no steam cleaning or power washing. High heat and pressure can warp parts, cause damage, or void your warranty.

Every single piece is put back together correctly and safely—because even small mistakes in reassembly can make a seat unsafe.

Each item goes through a detailed 5-step cleaning process, always following the CPST guidelines for its specific brand. Every product is vacuumed, washed, sanitized, completely dried, and then reassembled with care. Every last crumb will be accounted for!
We only use gentle, baby-safe products like Castile soap, plant-based unscented dish soap, free & clear laundry detergent, and unscented baby shampoo or body wash. We’ll never use harsh cleaners such as bleach, alcohol, peroxide, oxiclean, vinegar, lysol etc.
Yes! Currently, this is the only option we provide. We pick up after 6 PM and guarantee delivery
by 9 AM the following morning. Need a different time? Tiny Shine is happy to be flexible—just let us know!
We recommend giving your stroller and car seat a good cleaning every three months. It keeps
your little one safe from germs and sticky latches, while also helping your gear last longer for all of life’s adventures.
Absolutely! No mess is too big or too tough. We use a safe, effective cleaner to handle heavily soiled items. There is an additional $30 fee (just select the ‘soiled’ option at checkout), and extra cleaning time may be needed—we’ll always keep you updated.
For safety reasons, mold can’t be reliably removed from a baby car seat. We always recommend replacing any seat that has mold to keep your little one safe and healthy.
